Hello, I submitted my tax return through your website two days ago, but it still hasn’t been received by the CRA. I would like to know the reason for the delay.

When you submitted your return, did you receive a NETFILE confirmation number from CRA? This number is issued by NETFILE system and CRA should be able to locate your return on their side with it.

 

Make sure you have received this number that confirms the process has been completed.

 

When you file electronically, the CRA service standard is to issue your notice of assessment within 2 weeks of receiving your return and any required supporting documents.
