According to TurboTax Canada, an adjustment allows you to make adjustments to a previously filed tax return. You must wait until you have received your Notice of Assessment (NOA) before requesting an adjustment, according to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
You can use TurboTax software to correct the amount of your income using ReFILE option. ReFILE allows you to make adjustments to your current and prior two tax years using the same software that you used to file your initial tax return.
