How can I tell if turbotax submitted my application to the CRA if its not still registered on my CRA Account.

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, you rest assured that your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.  However, there has been a bit of a delay with returns showing on the CRA My Account service.
