I have recently submitted my T1135E form directly to CRA. In Turbo Tax it also includes a T1135E which is automatically part of the full tax return. In order to avoid confusion with CRA how can I cancel the T1135E Turbo Tax submission?

Are you concerned because you're looking at the archive copy of your completed forms? Don't worry; that's just a print out of your completed forms for your records.
If you're filing your return by NETFILE, your T1135 info is not included in your submission (because it's submitted to NETFILE separately).
