If you have not filed your return you can always edit your return. Please refer to the following steps:
Log in to TurboTax --> You will see all your returns, click on the one you wish to edit from the "continue" button --> that will bring you to the page where you last left off your return and you can edit it.
If you have filed your return, you must wait for Notice of Re-Assessment from CRA then will be eligible to amend your tax return. You can amend your return either online (by logging in to your MyAccount) or my Mail.
