How do I reallocate a payment made to ESDC instead of the CRA?

This is a funny question, but here goes:

Back in tax season, I was trying to pay my tax return to the CRA but accidentally selected ESDC as the payee through online banking (Bank of Montreal). It seems like there is no easy way to actually contact ESDC re: payments made without an account. I have been in contact with the CRA several times but have not been able to find out how to obtain a record of this payment made to ESDC. 

Would appreciate ANY advice on getting in touch with ESDC to get a record of payment so that I can possibly get a refund on this duplicate payment.
