I am married and we just completed and filed our returns. I have to pay, while my wife gets a refund. We net a refund of $365.54. Do I have to make my payment ?

Do I have to make my payment or does gov't net out the two returns ?

You have to pay your tax obligation. Your wife will receive her refund.
