I filed joint tax return with my partner. Turbo tax says I get a refund but cra says otherwise.
I was given an email through CRA saying I would owe money this year despite filing a joint return the same as last year. I have even filed for reassessment. Still owe money. Any insight as to why?

Unless we see your return we have no idea why you'd owe if TurboTax says you would get a refund. This happens usually when something was claimed that shouldn't have been. If you look on your Notice of Assessment it would tell you on there why the difference.
