Did you get a NETFILE confirmation code? If you don't have a confirmation code, you still need to submit your tax return using NETFILE. Not sure how? Follow these instructions for TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop.
Hi, so I was waiting for the email activation of the CRA's My Account and it hasn't arrived, and I am blocked to the next steps which is "error code 31, your information doesn't match our records" and it makes sense since I wasn't able to create the accoutn. Could you please let me know if it's better if I wait or should I do it another way?
