I have only one slip to enter t5007 why does my return says i have a 371 and na problem

I am sorry to hear that you are seeing this error. 

NETFILE Error 371 means that something was put on 144, 145 and/or 146 on the T1 General that may not be correct. So, in your case, you should double check the amount in box 10 of the T5007 slip. If it is exactly the same as on your slip, you may want to contact the organization that sent it to you to confirm the amount or get a new slip.
