I jointly filled our tax return,my wife and I,we have a net tax refund, but does we have to individually deal with the payments..?

Unlike in some other countries, Canada doesn't have joint filing for couples. Each return is separate, even when prepared together. So, if one spouse owes money while the other is getting a refund, they will still have to pay. There is no way to transfer the refund.
