I need to refile but the return can only be reviewed. The refile option does not show.

We can certainly help you to refile your tax return. Please follow the instruction on this FAQ to see the process of filing adjustments to a Federal Tax return – I have filed my tax return. Can I still make changes? 

Note that you can only use ReFILE for certain types of changes to your tax return. Please visit CRA’s ReFILE exclusions to understand what information you cannot change in your tax return.   

Please also be aware that TurboTax does not have ReFILE services available for residents of Quebec.
