I have moved abroad so I can't Netfile. I have completed my taxes and paid but it still says in progress and balance due. Will it look like this until we mail our return?

Hi! Will our tax return be sent directly to CRA after completing the form on TurboTax? Because I checked my CRA account and they haven’t received it yet. Thank you.
The refund stated on my completed Turbotax doesn't match what i received. Should the two amounts match? Or should I be receiving a different amount on the check?
Please help. Im trying to complete my taxes. I already made a payment, it withdrew from my account. I havent received confirmation that it was completed. Please help!
