I submitted my 2023 taxes in April 2024 but CRA is saying that have not received it. How can I know that if they are submitted
Did you receive a Netfile confirmation number from CRA after filing your return? If not, then you need to go through the steps to file your return again. The Netfile confirmation number is generated by CRA when your return is successfully transmitted to CRA.
You can also confirm that information by logging into CRA My Account.
