I want to do my husbands income tax at the same time

Here's what you do:

Start a new return
In the Personal Info section, answer Yes to the question 'Do you want to prepare your returns together?'
Proceed through the About You section and Profiles for you and your spouse, until you reach the first step of the Income section.

Once you've reached the Income section, your info entered so far will save and you can sign out or continue as you'd like.
