If I decide to claim Orthodontic Work (Braces), do I just need to have receipts available? Or does CRA require a note from a Dentist or Doctor, to prove its not cosmetic.

Typically, the CRA requires receipts for all expenses claimed. It would be best to check with the CRA directly to confirm if they'd accept a note from the doctor.
