If I don't have contact with my prior common-law spouse. What should I input re: her information on my tax return?

I seperated with my partner Dec 2023, and was common-law when we separated. I no longer have her contact information, and don't know what to input re: her tax information in my return.

Because you were only separated in December and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) considers you legally separated once you’ve been living separately and apart for at least 90 days, you should contact the CRA to see how you should proceed when it comes to your marital status and declaring the income. You can call them at 1-800-959-8281.
