Irs says will deposit today but still haven't sent

Irs said they send my check is scheduled to be deposited today but they still haven't even sent it, is there a reason for this? I don't owe any money or have any holds and I've been waiting almost a year already

That screenshot clearly states you should wait until at least December 16----today is December 11.
