My client is on CPPD and part of his money goes to his wife (separated) for his kids. How do I answer the "Do you pay support" question?

You can answer No to that question.
The support question is aimed at taxpayers who pay support directly (out of pocket). As you've indicated that the support is deducted from CPPD and child support only, these amounts are not considered to be deductible.
