My husband's SIN number will not be accepted in his profile section. I put in HIS number not mine. How can I fix this?

Please select everything that is in the SIN box and delete it. Then re-type the SIN, making sure to use only numbers and no special characters or spaces. There should be total of 9 numbers. Ex: 123456789
