I'm sorry to hear of your loss.

Unfortunately, you would need to prepare you and your wife's returns separately. You will need to print and mail your wife's return, but you will still be able to NETFILE your own return. 

Also, if your wife had a principal residence that was sold or transferred, then you will need to use TurboTax CD/Download to prepare her return. TurboTax Online doesn't include the necessary form.
