Non-business foreign taxes paid, T2209

After 8months of filing tax for 2020, I got the email from CRA regarding Non-business foreign taxes paid. I'm asked to file T2209. Could you help?

To enter form T2209 in TurboTax log into your TurboTax account click on your 2020 tax return on the left-hand side click on T-Slip scroll down to Foreign Income and enter the foreign information. You can also log in to your CRA my account and enter the information using form T2209.
