Can't Change Return. TurboTax doesn't recognize return has already been filed with netfile.

I filed using netfile and have received my NOA. I now need to make an adjustment as I received additional tax slips. However, when i select the change a filed return option I get the error message "We are unable to make changes to your completed return because the return has not been electronically submitted to the CRA/RQ with Netfile". How can I fix this? Should I file again using the Netfile option?

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, there's no way to get a return file to show as NETFILEd if the NETFILE confirmation information didn't save properly.  

You can still make adjustments using the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) My Account service or you can print & mail a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request from their website.

I netfiled using the desktop version and received a confirmation # but I cannot change my 2024 return as I get an error message saying it wasn't netfiled. How do I make the adjustment without being able to resend my tax return?
