CRA declined my NETFILE tax return, I received a CRA result code: 2512 I was told to write down these error message codes 561, 561, 561, NA, NA. How do I correct my return

As per the CRA error code 2512 can be one of the three below:  

1. According to the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) records, your client was under 18 years of age as of December 31 of the tax year:
   1. There cannot be an entry on line 20805 (FHSA deduction).
   2. There cannot be an entry on any of the lines on the Schedule 15.
2. According to the CRA records, your client was aged 72 or older in the current tax year:
   1. There cannot be an entry on line 20805 (FHSA deduction) unless they are claiming unused FHSA contributions available for the current tax year.
   2. There cannot be an entry on any of the lines on the Schedule 15.
3. As indicated on the return, your client opened their first FHSA in the current tax year. There is an entry on line 20805, but there are no entries on any of lines 68935, 68940, 68945, 68950 or 68955 on the Schedule 15.
