CRA Result Code: 604 when refiling

I get the following code when I try to refile after changing the professional fees income (self employed). I tried three times already.

We're sorry, the Canada Revenue Agency was unable to accept your NETFILE tax return.

CRA Result Code: 604
		The Canada Revenue Agency cannot process this ReFILE due to system constraints. Please see the list of exclusions on the ReFILE website. If you require assistance, please call your EFILE Helpdesk. ReFILE

You have 2 options:
	• Recommended - Try NETFILE again in a few minutes.
		Please note: You only have 5 attempts to NETFILE your return before the CRA will lock you out.
		If the problem persists, please contact TurboTax Customer Support for assistance.
	• Print and mail your return to the CRA.

Yes, it was assessed March 11 and notice of assessment issued.
