Does "we have added a climate action incentive" mean it will be applied to me unless I fix it? I have no option to remove it when I click the fix button.

If you would like to remove the climate action incentive there are a few steps. First, create an online account. Secondly, in the provincial section of your tax return, there is a list of things which you can choose to claim. It is claimed automatically on your tax return, but if you do not want to claim it, make sure you do not check the climate action incentive credit box off. After that, complete your tax return as normal.
