I have filed my return. I did not use Live Assist. Is this available to me if challenged by CRA? Or could I use it now although I have filed?

No, unfortunately, once you have filed the return, the Live Assist service is not available.

The Live Assist service offers many interesting features such as -

On need Expert guidance
Line by Line Review
Finding more ways to save taxes and claim more deductions

However, all these services are offered only prior to filing the tax return.
