The RL-31 tenant or subtenant information is incomplete on the Solidarity Tax Credit form.
When you receive this message it is because you never enter the information required to complete your RL31. Go back to the "Provincial" section of your return and continue until you get to the "Solidarity Tax Credit" and review it and make sure you have answered all questions.
