Turbo Tax would not know the reason there is a delay from the IRS side. You would need to follow the instructions here to contact the IRS so they can look into it.

There are a lot of us that have this status on Where is My Refund. I wouldn't be concerned because there is another thread on this forum about this topic. I am also following a thread on Reddit where there are many more people experiencing this same issue. Don't let it make you concerned.

I don't know it pop up on Tuesday 15 and my 21st day was the 17th so I think that's got something to do with it. I have to keep calling the IRS to find out.

I called today have the same message after being accepted on 1/24. Irs said due to an error in processing. She also told me to allow up to 10 wks for it to be processed with that message

Yes, you can contact the IRS at (800) 829-1040, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. local time. I recommend calling when they first open.

I check WMR today and it said this, so I decided to checked my account on the IRS website under transcript and it told me my refund deposit date. So just check the account on the irs website everyone if your feeling discouraged. I surely was until I went on the website and Sidney into my account on irs. I hope this helps.
