You cant always believe the news! The only way you wont get it on your card is if it's been canceled or is no longer active or out of date. If you fall under that category THEN they will send a check..

I had a direct deposit in 2018 to my bank but in 2019 had it sent to the turbo tax debt card hoping it comes on the turbo tax card.

Congrats who got theirs. Just woke up to see if mine was there and still nothing. I'm getting worried. Should be getting 3400.00. I guess maybe tomorrow because it probably would of been there already today. Trying to keep my hopes up. Got a mortgage to pay.

What matter what if you don't get it make sure to check the IRS site and check the status!

Yeah this is honestly ridiculous that you can't answer our question. Everywhere else has answers but y'all. If I have to wait **bleep** near a month to get my stimulus and YALL STILL CAN'T ANSWER ANU **bleep**ING QUESTIONS...then yeah you lost me as a customer as well.

If the stimulus money isn’t deposit to the turbo tax card and it’s delay due to turbo tax neglect! Then can we ask for financial assistance from turbo tax til we receive our money? I think that’s it’s not our fault if you set up a faulty system.

Turbotax you guys are so wrong for this. You never once explained to us that Santa Barbara bank is a fraud bank. Everyone if you received the loan from your taxes and was forced to get the TurboTax card, then you will not get your money deposited. I spoke with Santa Barbara bank on yesterday and the guy stated IRS is keeping them out the loop of sending our money to them to be deposited to our account. I asked why and he could not give an direct answer. TurboTax if I find out that IRS send my deposit to your bank and you guys are trying to keep the money. I will report you to the Feds. Guys be careful with this, we won’t know for sure about our money until IRS open up the site to check. Hope this help
