Refile not allowed, error by Turbotax

Hello:

I have submitted and e-filed 2023 returns in mid March 2024. CRA has released NOAs, but I have received an unexpected T slip at a later date.  I have tried to re file but Turbotax indicates it will not allow Refile since I have not e-filed yet.  What is wrong ?

Before making any adjustments, please verify your Notice of Assessment as the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has sometimes already added the missed information slip found in your file.

When you Netfiled, did you receive an email with a confirmation number from the CRA? You can verify that your return was filed by going into your CRA MyAccount or by contacting the CRA by calling them at 1-800-959-8281.
