Refile

Where do you find the "Return Manager" to "Refile"  

I cannot find it anywhere

The Return Manager is the screen you enter when you start a new return or continue to work on another return. Please see the image below. If you have filed your return already, you would see the word Refile beside the return instead of Continue.
