This date I purchased online Turbo Tax 2018. Usually an icon appears on my computer but I have not seen it yet. It has been 20 or 30 minutes since purchase.

If you are using the online version there will not be an icon on your computer, you simply log into your online account with TurboTax and start your return. You will be prompted at the end, just before Netfiling to pay.

If you have purchased the downloaded version of the software, you will then see the icon on your desktop, which you pay before you can use the software. It will provide you with a 21 digit IKC once purchased via email.
