    Trying to schedule a Live Review but, when trying to book, I am being told that "This feature is temporarily unavailable".

    Trying to schedule a Live Review but, when trying to book, I am being told that "This feature is temporarily unavailable".

    Please try again on the operation hours stated in the following:

    • Monday through Friday (May 1, 2021 through the remainder of the year): 9:00am to 6:00pm EST (for English support), and 9:00am to 6:00pm (for French support).
