TurboTax wants me to enter my spouse's info, but we separated in Sept 2020 and he has a protection order against him. How do I proceed?

CRA will need to know your spouses' information and if you don't know it, you will need to estimate her Net Income. If you do not know her SIN number from past returns please contact the CRA directly for more direction.  CRA's contact number is 1-800-959-8281.
