What documents do I need to send for a deposit into a UK account?

I have returned from an IEC back to the UK and no longer have a Canadian bank account, how do I ensure than my rebate is paid into my UK chequing account?

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) "the CRA does not currently issue payments to bank accounts outside of Canada." You may wish to contact the CRA by calling 1-800-959-8281.
