    When I did my mother's return I signed up for (online mail) paperless by mistake. How can I reverse this so she gets the paper communication?

    Want to reverse the choice of online (paperless) mail that I made at the end of my Mother's return.

    Your mom can sign into her CRA My Account and make the change. Just click Manage online mail in the menu on the left once she's signed in.
