Why is it prompting me tp enter a spouse? I do not have a spouse.
Please be sure that when asked your marital status that you put either single if you were never married or common law. Otherwise you'd be either separated, divorced or a widow depending on your circumstance. Then it will not ask for you to enter your spouse.
