    Can US donations be applied against US capital gains on Canadian taxes

    You might be able to claim your US donations on your tax return. This Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) page has more information: P113 - Gifts and Income Tax 2020 Please scroll down to see the “Gifts to U.S. charities” section.
