Where do I claim legal fees for lost wages in the standard version. It is not listed in other deductions, misc deductions, is it elsewhere ?

Please make sure that the reply is given for the standard version. The reply I got earlier didn’t work.

Hi Mitchfox14, The CRA states that you can deduct any legal fees you paid in the year to collect or establish a right to collect salary or wages. You can claim these fees under "Other Employment Expenses", which is under the "Employment Expenses" section of TurboTax. On the screen you will see that you need a declaration of conditions employment, but for this expense you do not need it.
