If you are using the online version, we advise deleting your cookies and cache or switching to a different browser. Make sure the download version is current if you are using one.

Clearing the cache did work but I wish I had known that before I started. The time limit that a return times out at in terms of this particular box should be eliminated because some returns take longer than others. Tx
