How do I claim medical expenses in which some of them were later subsidized?

I have medical expenses that were partially covered by a work benefit plan. How do I properly claim them under Medical Expenses?

They were not initially subsidized, but I was paid later by the benefits company. There is no option to include all of my receipts and then to include the partial amount that was paid by the benefits plan.

Just claim the difference.  You should have a benefit statement to support that only a portion of the expense was claimed.

I have a similar question, if I'm claiming the amount that was not reimbursed by my health plan, do I select 'premiums paid to a private health plan', or 'other'?
