Once you have completed the "Profile" section of your tax return you will then go under the "Deductions" tab - "Additional Dependant Information" - there is a question on that page that asks "Does "your child's name" qualify for Disability Tax Credit?"- check - YES then enter whatever income amounts on that page if any.
