I incurred medical expenses in 2015 that were reimbursed in 2016. Do I claim the expenses and the corresponding reimbursements in, each in the paid/received?

As an example, I filled (and paid $100 for) a drug prescription on Nov 10 2015. I was reimbursed $80 by my medical insurance on Feb 10 2016. My "claim" year corresponds to the calendar year (i.e. Jan 1 to Dec 31). Should I claim the $100 2015 medical expense and the $80 reimbursement in 2016?

Since the eventual Unreimbursed amount was $20.00, claim this on your 2015 tax.
It might help to file claims more rapidly, ie when they are incurred.
