Re-FILE Disability Tax Credit

I was approved for the DTC and they went back the last 10 years and paid me retroactively. I am doing the ReFILE on turbotax to claim the Cargiver Amount for my kids under 18 years under my Husbands taxes but noticed that for mine when I selected that I have a disability it re-calculated my taxes with line 31600. The amount it says I should get back is ALOT higher than what the CRA calculated on my reassessment. Does ReFILE load the reassessment or does it only load the original NOA. I'm wondering if I should submit my ReFILE because the refund is higher. When I look at my reassessment I dont see line 31600 on it.

We suggest that you contact the CRA concerning the Canada Caregiver Credit. They will be able to advise you if they have already calculated this with the DTC; contact them at 1 (800) 959-8281

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
