Please make sure that your copy of TurboTax CD/Download is updated.
You can enter this in the EasyStep view of TurboTax installed on your computer or TurboTax Online by going into EasyStep Mode, by clicking the EasyStep icon on the blue icon bar. Then, on the left side menu, please select Deductions > Payments Profile > Digital News Subscription to enter your amount for that credit.
