Thank you for your question.

You can claim The Medical Expense Tax Credit for other dependants. line 33199 of the federal return is used to claim medical expenses for family members who are dependant on you financially, including children and grandchildren who are 19 or older.

You can get more information from the website of How do you claim eligible medical expenses on your tax return?

You can also learn how to fill these medical expenses from the website of Medical Expense Tax Credit for Other Dependants
