Social Benefits Repayments - how to enter

I made $3,000 in social benefits repayments in 2023 (for social benefits received in 2022) 
There is no T5 because I did not receive benefits in 2023.

I see in the deductions summary a listing for "Social Benefits Repayments",  however there seems to be no way to change the amount from $0.  Where and how do I enter my repayments?

To find where to enter tax installments that you made in 2023, please follow these steps:

 1. Open your return and go to the left-hand side menu.

 2. Click on My Info and then Get Started.

 3. Answer the questions until you reach the page that asks about Students.

 4. Scroll down until you see Other credits & deductions.

 5. The second last question on this page will be "Did you make tax installment payments for 2023?"

 6. Select "YES" and enter the amount paid. 

7. Click on Continue to save the entry.
