The line for carrying charges, support and other is a grouping of various deductions as explained in the Help icon in the return.:
Line 22100: Carrying charges and interest expenses
Line 22100 includes fees paid to manage your investments, certain investment advice, and interest paid on money you borrowed for investment purposes.
To find out exactly which entry has appeared in that line, you can view your details in the Review section of your return. Review > Bottom-Line (Tax Summaries) > See detailed tax summary (Under Review Summary)
To change or delete an amount from this page in TurboTax
- Using the Find button (little magnifying glass in the top right corner), type in Invest > highlight Investment Expenses > click Go. Follow the same procedure as above to reach the page to make your changes.
