Who or where do complete Quebec Drug Insurance plan. Both my wife and I were on that plan.
Under the "Provincial" tab select from the drop down menu "Quebec Provincial Drug Insurance ..." then choose the option that best describes your situation. Repeat this for both yourself and spouse as required.
